You never want to start your morning with hard workouts, but everyone wants to wake up their body and refresh themselves after sleep. Some people sleep little, some more; for some, sleep deficiency affects their appearance, for others it does not. However, it is important for each of us to improve our breathing, the condition of our skin after the night, and also get rid of the swelling that can catch us in the morning before an important event.

Today I have prepared a small selection of ideal exercises that you should definitely do in the morning. They will help the body wake up faster, energize and improve the condition of your body after the night. The complex is very simple and will suit absolutely everyone. Charging will take no more than 10 minutes.



Turns

Place your arms outstretched behind your head and relax, legs bent at the knees, as in the previous exercise. Lower your knees to the right side, stretching your torso diagonally along the line of your left hip. Then do the same on the other side. Then - a complication: lower your knees to the right, close to your stomach, holding them with your right hand. Pull the left one to the left. The head also needs to be turned to the left. Repeat on the other side.


Deflection

Bend your knees, bringing your heels toward your pelvis. Without lifting your shoulder blades and pelvis from the surface, you need to bend upward in the lumbar region. Arch as you inhale and relax as you exhale. Repeat the exercise several times. Then complicate the exercise: while inhaling, lift your pelvis to feel the stretch in the front of your thighs. After this, lower yourself slowly, vertebra by vertebra. Do this a few more times.


Shaking

Lying on your back, raise your legs and arms perpendicular to your body, relax them and shake them. You need to do this for one or two minutes. It is important not to strain your limbs. The effect of this exercise will be noticeable almost immediately.
